Lion's Mane (Hericium erinaceus) mushroom is valued for its ability to support the nervous system and cognitive abilities. This powder preserves the entire natural biochemistry of the whole mushroom in its most authentic, raw state.
Nutraceutical Value This product is a natural source of mushroom fiber (chitin), mushroom polysaccharides, beta-glucans, vitamins, minerals, and other biologically active compounds inherent to this species. Research suggests that the active components of Lion's Mane help support neuron health, helping to better cope with information overload, maintain concentration, and mental clarity. The mushroom is also traditionally valued for its gentle support of digestion and strengthening of overall body tone.
How to use The powder has a pleasant mushroom flavor with a slight sweetish hint. It is conveniently added by the teaspoon to morning smoothies, yogurts, or warm porridge. The mushroom can also be brewed as a functional beverage: pour hot water over a serving and let it steep for 5-10 minutes. We recommend consuming the drink along with the sediment to receive the full benefit of the whole fiber.
We dried the fruiting bodies at a low temperature and carefully milled them. This allowed us to preserve the natural antioxidants and the structure of the mushroom in its whole form.
Ingredients: Hericium erinaceus fruiting bodies - 100%
Suggested use: one or half teaspoon (1-2g of powder) 1-3 times a day, taken with water or added to food. Can be prepared as a beverage.
Preparation: pour 150ml of hot water (80-100°C) over one teaspoon (2g), stir, and let steep for 5-10 minutes.
Reception features
Although the Lion's mane mushroom is known as a delicacy and culinary mushroom, we recommend starting with a small dose, especially for those who are trying this product for the first time, to rule out individual or allergic reactions. Start by taking 0.5-1 gram of powder per day, which is about half or a quarter of a teaspoon. Gradually increase the dose to 2-6 grams per day.
For better tolerability, it is recommended to take Lion's mane mushroom with food at the beginning. If you experience side effects such as stomach upset, allergic reactions or any other individual reactions that cause discomfort, it is recommended to reduce the dose or discontinue use.
Storage conditions : Store in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight.

This powder works, I didn't even expect it to be so fast, somehow it's so light, little by little, the state is bomb, somehow it calms down. It's better to fall asleep and the general state is somehow easier psychologically, somehow my head works a little differently. I steam it in the morning and add some cordyceps, it's somehow good after that, coffee is not the same. I drink it clean at night before going to bed, I sleep really great, I haven't slept so well in a long time. Thank you!
