International shipments

International shipments from the territory of Ukraine are accepted and processed by the postal operator "Ukrposhta" on the territory of Ukraine, in particular until the moment of crossing the state border. After the shipment arrives in the country of destination, further processing and delivery is carried out by the local postal operator of the recipient country in accordance with international postal standards.

How to place an order?

1. Place an order on the website.

2. Fill in the delivery address - it is important to indicate the name and address in Latin (English letters) without special symbols and letters characteristic of other languages (for example, ä, é, ñ, etc.).

3. We determine the volume of the parcel and calculate the delivery cost.

4. We usually ship orders in packages via EMS, Small Package or PRIME Package – these are the optimal options for speed and cost.

5. At the moment, the most favorable rates via EMS are from 260 UAH. However, rates may change, so before sending we clarify the final delivery amount.

6. International orders are shipped only upon 100% prepayment. You can pay for the order by cashless payment to the IBAN account or online via the LiqPay payment service.

Terms and customs regulations

⏳ Estimated delivery time to European countries is from 7 to 21 days (depending on the country).

⚠️ Please note! Many countries have restrictions on receiving parcels duty-free. For example, in most European countries the limit is 45 euros.

📍 Customs clearance and possible taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend that you check the rules for importing dietary supplements in your country before ordering.

Parcel tracking and warranty

After sending the order, we provide an international tracking number to track the package. In case of delay or questions regarding the shipment, we recommend that you contact the postal operator's support service directly.
