1. Who processes your data
The PapaNature online store at https://papanature.com.ua is operated by individual entrepreneur Kharchenko Volodymyr Serhiyovych, who is the controller of personal data relating to customers and website visitors.
For questions about personal data, contact info@papanature.com.ua. The seller’s details are provided in the Public Offer Agreement.
This Policy explains which data we process when you use the website, place and receive orders, contact us, and when we assess the performance of the store and its advertising.
2. What data we receive
Depending on how you interact with the store, we receive:
- the first and last name, telephone number, email address, delivery address or collection point that you provide;
- order contents, value and number, selected payment and delivery methods, and payment, dispatch, receipt and return statuses;
- details needed to process payments, prepare documents or issue refunds;
- the content of support enquiries and order comments;
- technical visit data: IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, website activity, referral source, campaign parameters and cookie identifiers.
Online payments are processed by the payment service available for your chosen payment method. The store receives the payment information needed to process the order and reconcile the payment. You can view the service’s name and terms when proceeding to payment.
An incomplete or unpaid order may be retained in the order management system. This allows a manager to help with checkout or payment and clarify your enquiry.
3. Why we process data and on what grounds
We use data to accept and fulfil orders, process payments, arrange delivery, provide delivery updates, handle returns and respond to enquiries. Processing necessary for these activities relates to entering into and performing the contract with the customer.
Data is also needed for record-keeping and legal obligations, protecting the website against misuse, handling claims, and analysing store and advertising performance. Each purpose relies on an appropriate basis provided by applicable law. Where processing requires your consent, it must be obtained before that processing takes place.
Promotional communications are subject to separate subscription terms. You can unsubscribe using the method provided in the message or by contacting info@papanature.com.ua. Opting out of advertising does not prevent you from receiving messages necessary to fulfil your order.
4. Who may receive data
Employees and contractors who process orders and support the store, as well as its service providers, receive data to the extent necessary for their respective services:
- providers of order management and customer management systems;
- payment services and banks that handle payments;
- your chosen delivery service;
- hosting, technical support and communications providers;
- analytics and advertising service providers that help assess website and advertising performance.
Data may also be provided to public authorities in the circumstances and manner prescribed by law, and to defend rights in disputes. Disclosure is limited to the relevant purpose and legal basis.
International service providers may process data outside Ukraine. Such transfers are subject to applicable legal requirements and the terms of the relevant service.
5. Cookies, analytics and advertising
Cookies help maintain your session, shopping basket and website settings. Analytics and advertising technologies help measure visits, website activity and the results of advertising referrals.
Such measurement may involve processing information about views and purchases, order identifiers, amounts and currencies, event times, referral sources and advertising identifiers. Identifiers may allow a service to link events, so we do not describe such data as necessarily anonymous.
The website uses Google Analytics and Google Ads. Google explains its processing on the page “How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services”. You can manage Google ad personalisation in Google’s ad settings.
You can manage cookies in your browser. Blocking necessary cookies may affect the shopping basket or account sign-in. Advertising service settings and browser settings serve different purposes and do not provide a universal way to disable all analytics.
Reading this Policy or accepting the Public Offer Agreement does not in itself constitute separate consent to all advertising purposes. Where particular processing requires consent, this Policy does not replace it.
6. Retention periods
Retention depends on the purpose: fulfilling an order, meeting accounting and tax requirements, handling returns and claims, or operating the relevant service. Data must not be retained longer than necessary for those purposes and statutory obligations.
Withdrawing consent does not remove an obligation to retain documents where required by law, nor does it stop processing that has another lawful basis. You can ask about the retention period for specific data at info@papanature.com.ua.
7. Your rights and enquiries
Within the scope of applicable law, you have the right to information about processing and access to your data, to request correction of inaccurate data and deletion where grounds exist, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent for processing based on that consent.
Write to info@papanature.com.ua describing your request. To protect your data, we may ask for information necessary to verify that the request concerns you. Do not send passwords or full payment card details.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or seek a remedy in court.
8. Data security and changes to this Policy
The website uses HTTPS to protect the connection. Keep your account password confidential and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access.
The current version of this Policy is available on this page. Changes to the text do not automatically grant consent to new processing purposes. Where a change requires separate notice or consent under applicable law, it must be accompanied by that action.
