Pickup

Self-pickup is possible by prior arrangement from the office in Kyiv at the address: Kyiv, Anna Akhmatova St., 13d.

Delivery in Ukraine is carried out by third-party carriers. You can choose delivery by the Nova Poshta service or the postal operator Ukrposhta. 

Nova Poshta

Delivery by Nova Poshta is carried out to a branch, a post office or by courier to the Buyer's address in accordance with the rules and deadlines established by the carrier. The estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days depending on the location.

The cost of delivery is determined according to the carrier's current tariffs and depends on the quantity and volumetric weight of the shipment. For orders over UAH 1800, the costs of delivery to a branch or post office are compensated by the PapaNature online store.

UkrPoshta

Delivery by the postal operator "Ukrposhta" is carried out in accordance with the rules and deadlines established by the operator. The estimated delivery time is 1–10 business days. The cost of delivery is determined according to the tariffs of "Ukrposhta" and depends on the quantity and volumetric weight of the goods. When ordering for an amount exceeding 1800 UAH, the costs of delivery to the "Ukrposhta" branch are compensated by the PapaNature online store. Orders are sent by the postal operator "Ukrposhta" subject to 100% prepayment.

Payment

Payment for the order can be made by cash on delivery upon receipt of the shipment at a Nova Poshta branch or courier. The cash on delivery service is provided by the financial company NovaPay in accordance with its rules and tariffs. The commission for the cash on delivery service is retained by NovaPay, such commission is paid by the Buyer separately and is not an income of the PapaNature online store.

Cashless payment using IBAN details and online payment by bank card through the payment integrator LiqPay are also available.
