Delivery and payment

Delivery of orders is carried out throughout Ukraine by third-party carriers.

Delivery methods

The buyer can choose delivery by the Nova Poshta service or the postal operator Ukrposhta.

Address delivery

Address delivery is carried out by the Nova Poshta courier service to the address specified by the buyer.

Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days (depending on location).

The cost of delivery is determined according to the carrier's rates.

Delivery to a Nova Poshta branch or post office

Delivery is made to the selected branch or post office of Nova Poshta.

Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days.

The cost of delivery is determined according to the carrier's tariffs and depends on the quantity and volumetric weight of the shipment.

When ordering for an amount exceeding 1800 UAH, the costs of delivery to a branch or post office are compensated by the PapaNature online store.

Delivery to Ukrposhta branches

Delivery is made to the selected Ukrposhta branch.

Estimated delivery time is 1–10 business days.

The cost of delivery is determined in accordance with Ukrposhta tariffs and depends on the quantity and volumetric weight of the shipment.

When ordering for an amount exceeding 1800 UAH, delivery costs to the Ukrposhta branch are compensated by the PapaNature online store.

Orders are sent by the postal operator Ukrposhta upon full payment of the order.

Pickup

Self-pickup is possible by prior arrangement from the office in Kyiv.

Address: Kyiv, Anna Akhmatova St., 13-d, office 5.

Orders are processed on business days according to the following schedule:

Monday–Friday – from 10:00 to 19:00,

Saturday – from 11:00 to 16:00.

After processing, the order is transferred to the delivery service.

International delivery

International shipments from Ukraine are accepted and processed by the national postal operator Ukrposhta within Ukraine, including up to the moment of crossing the state border. Upon arrival in the destination country, further processing and delivery is carried out by the postal operators of the recipient's country in accordance with international postal standards.

The cost of international shipping starts from 260 UAH, estimated delivery time is 7 to 40 days. A tracking number is provided for all international shipments.
