Дякую, за ваше питання. Існують різні стратегії. Можна почати з однієї капсули кожного за один прийом, один раз на день. Поступово збільшуючи до 2-3 разів на день. Або можна приймати 2 рази на день: 2 капсули Їжовика та 1 капсула Кордицепсу - вранці і, навпаки, 2 капсули Кордицепсу та 1 капсула Їжовика - ввечері. Але потрібно спостерігати якщо буде відчутний тонус звечора і це буде заважати сну то другий раз краще перенести на раніше. Наприклад обід.
