Take 1–3 capsules 1–3 times daily with meals.
For a comprehensive effect, you can combine it with ashwagandha (anti-stress) or cordyceps (energy and recovery).
Composition
Dry extract of Schizandra chinensis fruit, standardized to 5% schisandrins; vegetable capsule (hypromellose). GMO-free and filler-free.
