Dietary supplement "Sleep" from Dr.Gavrylin, designed to support deep, restorative sleep. This product includes a specially selected combination of nutritional ingredients that together contribute to healthy sleep.

Taurine is an amino acid that is involved in many bodily functions in the brain, heart, and muscles. Taurine can act as a neurotransmitter and have a calming effect on the brain. It is also involved in regulating the levels of other neurotransmitters that can affect your mood and anxiety levels.

Recommended dosage: Take 1-2 capsules half an hour before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

This is certainly not general anesthesia, as some of the commentators here might have thought, but a dietary supplement. Therefore, its effect is not as bright as that of a chemical sleeping pill, for example. But the effect is there and it is mild and relaxing. You just need to catch the moment after taking it (30-40 minutes after taking it up to an hour), when the curtains start to close and you run to the bathroom. The sleep is strong and viscous, which is especially important in our time. I recommend it.
