How to brew:
½–1 tsp (≈ 1–2 g) of powder pour 200 ml of hot water (80–90 °C).
Let it steep for 10–15 minutes. You can add lemon, ginger, or honey to taste.
Consume as a tonic tea or add to smoothies, juices, and herbal blends.
