Даньшень — корінь шавлії китайської, відомий у східній фітотерапії як засіб для поліпшення мікроциркуляції, тонусу судин та відновлення після навантажень. Порошкова форма зберігає весь спектр натуральних таншинонів і фенольних кислот, тому її зручно додавати у напої, смузі чи теплі настої без капсулювання й заварювання.

Як заварювати чай: Візьміть ½–1 чайну ложку порошку (1–2 г) на 200 мл гарячої (але не киплячої) води — температура ≈ 80–90 °C. Залийте порошок, перемішайте та настоюйте 5–10 хвилин.
Можна процідити або вживати разом із осадом.
Додавайте за смаком мед, лимон, імбир чи інші трави.
Поєднуйте з астрагалом або ашвагандою для посилення ефекту.
