Sanghuang - Phellinus linteus - is a mushroom with a millennia-long history of use in the traditional medicine of Korea, China and Japan. In Japan it is known as Meshimakobu or Meshima. In Korean medical tradition it holds a special place among mushrooms used for immune system support - and today remains one of the most researched mushrooms in the world. For Fungipapa powder production, exclusively fruiting bodies are used - ensuring a complete natural profile of active compounds without dilution.
Nutraceutical Value
Sanghuang is studied primarily as an immunomodulator - in the context of regulating immune cell activity and supporting the body during periods of increased stress. Antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activity are also studied, along with influence on liver function.
How to Use
The optimal form of consumption is brewing as a tea. Add 1 teaspoon (2g) of powder to hot water (90-100°C) and steep for 10-15 minutes. Heat treatment makes the active compounds of the mushroom available for absorption - this is how they transfer into solution. Take 1-3 times per day. Dosage is selected individually - alone or in combination with other mushrooms. Individual dosage should be agreed with a specialist.
