Reishi mushroom - powder from the fruiting body of the Ganoderma Lucidum mushroom

Reishi mushroom (Reishi, lacquered tinder fungus, lacquered ganoderma, lingzhi, lat. Ganoderma Lucidum) has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for more than 2000 years to support immunity and longevity.

Ingredients: Reishi (Ganoderma Lucidum) fruiting bodies

Preparation: pour one teaspoon (2g of powder) with 150ml of boiling water (80-100°C), stir, let steep for 3-5 minutes.

You seem to become more alert and calmer about everything. The pressure in the side has stopped. This is of course subjective, however. I also made an infusion on vodka because these mushrooms have powerful alcohol-soluble compounds. I poured about a tablespoon of Reishi and Chaga with about 300ml of vodka. and let it brew for a week, grinding it every day.
