Laminaria digitata is a brown seaweed growing in the cold waters of the Atlantic Ocean and Arctic. How to Use

Add 1 teaspoon (3-5g) of powder to water, smoothie, yogurt or any beverage. The powder has a characteristic marine taste - pairs well with lemon juice or green smoothies. Can be added to soups and dishes at the end of cooking.

Recommended dose: 3-5g per day. Start with a smaller dose and gradually increase.
