In China and Japan, Maitake was traditionally used as a tonic to increase vitality.
Maitake mushrooms are a plant-based source of beta-glucans, vitamin D (in the form of ergosterol), B vitamins, choline, and zinc. They also contain other minerals such as phosphorus, magnesium, and potassium.
Ingredients: Meitake (Grifola frondosa) fruiting bodies
No additives, no fillers, no grains.

Directions: Pour one teaspoon (2g of powder) into 150ml of boiling water (80-100°C), stir, let steep for 3-5 minutes. Consume 2-3 times a day 20 minutes before meals, or 20 minutes after meals.
It gives a more pronounced (synergistic) effect when combined with extracts and powders from other mushrooms.
